You can embed YouTube videos nearly anywhere you’re able to enter text on Scholar. There are two ways to do so: searching for a YouTube video through the Mashups toolAdd Content button, or manually embedding linking a video that you've already located on YouTube.

Add Content
You can start the embedding process by choosing YouTube from the Mashups menu the Add Content button in the content editor.
You’ll be taken to the YouTube search screenAdd Content Mini-Window. There, you can click the YouTube Video button at the bottom.
You will then come to a window allowing you to search for a video to embed.. Type in the name or keywords you have in mind, and click Go to start the search.
A number of choices will be displayed. To choose one, click Select next to the video you’d like to view. You MUST click the word Select. The gray area is not a button.

First, find the video on YouTube. Click the Share button.
On the menu that pops up, click Embed.
Click Copy in the bottom-right corner.
, and copy the URL at the top of the browser.
Go to the area in Scholar where you'd like to embed the video and click the HTML button. Paste the URL into the content editor.
A window will pop up. Paste the text you copied from YouTube by pressing CTRL+V or Command+V on your keyboard and click Update.
A yellow box will appear in your Content Editor. This shows you where the video will go.
The video will auto-embed as soon as you hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Keep in mind that the embed will replace the URL link, and this method will not include the potential metadata that the Add Content menu can add.
Click Submit, and the video will be visible.
