You will be prompted for the customer's card information. Have the customer tap their card on the contactless Transact reader to proceed.

The Balance Inquiry screen will only show the value of Stored Value accounts that can be used at a given location. For example, a Dining location may see balances for both Captains Cash and Dining Dollars, but an Auxiliary location may only see a Captains Cash balance.

To discount an individual item, start by selecting it from the list on the left-hand side of the screen (it will turn yellow when selected).

Tap the icon in the Hidden Cashier Menu labeled, "Item Functions". Then, select the "% Item Discount".

You will be prompted to enter a discount percentage. For example, you can enter "20" for a 20% discount on the selected item.

The list on the left-hand side of the screen will show that a discount has been applied to the selected item. You can repeat this process for additional items.
