Documents
The majority of document files on the public site are PDFs and are stored in the _pdf folder for each site and use the following naming convention:
cnu-[name_of_document].[type-of-document]
...

All images used in any template except events and Torggler are stored in the _images site. Images for Torggler templates are stored in the torggler site.
With few exceptions, all images on cnu.edu must be taken by a university photographer or downloaded from OCPR’s iStock account.
CNU templates
Naming
Images are named for their content and size, using the following convention:
christopher-newport-university-[content]-[size].jpg
where [content] is a simple description of the main content in the image (students, campus, a person's name, etc.)

Torggler site
Naming
Images are named for their content, class or exhibition name and size, using the following convention:
[content-class-exhibit-name]-[size].jpg
