Locate Self Service, which can be found in the Application menu (Start Menu) by typing “Self Service” or via the desktop with an account that states “Self Service.”
Once in self-service, you can navigate the various options to find the "Windows 11 Upgrade.” After clicking "INSTALL," you will see something similar shortly after.

Once the upgrade process starts, you will not NOT be prompted further. The system will restart at least once and will take 30-60 minutes to complete. If you haven't been upgraded and it has been more than 2 hoursyou feel as though the upgrade is taking to long of you don’t feel as though it’s running, please contact the help desk, and we can assist you furtherus at the helpdesk so we can assess and determine what may be the cause.
