  • These are images purchased through iStockphoto that are needed for the website
  • Naming convention: be specific about photo content without being overly detailed

  • All student portraits/headshots are filed in this folder, regardless of where they will be used on the website
  • Folder naming convention: XX-first_last (XX for last two digits of class year)
  • After commencement, the folders of students who have graduated are moved to alm and must be republished
