If you are unable to access any channels on the television, make sure that you have properly connected the coax (TV cable) cable to your TV.  Then have your TV scan for all CATV (cable) channels.  

Make sure your TV has a QAM digital tuner.  TVs manufactured after 2007 have these tuners, but older TVs may need a converter box.

If you are still unable to access any TV channels, contact the Customer Service Desk at (757)594-7079 for additional assistance.After thoughtful engagement with the Student Government Association (SGA) and the low percentage of use, and an increased cost of maintaining television service, the University has decided to discontinue television service at the end of the 2022-2023 academic year.
