Locate Self Service, which can be found in the Application menu (Start Menu) by typing “Self Service” or via the desktop systems tray with an account that states “Self Serviceicon that is presented as “FileWave Kiosk.”
Once in self-service, you can navigate the various options to find the "Windows 11 Upgrade.” After clicking "INSTALL," you will see something similar shortly after.

Once the upgrade process starts, you will NOT be prompted further. The system will restart at least once and take 30-60 minutes to complete. If you feel the upgrade is taking too long or you don’t feel as though it’s running, don't hesitate to contact us at the helpdesk so we can assess and determine the cause.
