At this time, CNU automatically installs a given department’s printing devices onto any CNU-owned computers. No action from an end user is needed, unless the desired printer is not available to the computer at the time the computer is being used. If this occurs, please file a ticket with our Helpdesk to resolve the issue.

Printer installation is available to users of CNU-owned Mac computers using the Self-Service portal. You can locate the Self-Service portal on your Mac by using the Apps window and searching for the application by name.

Use the Search bar within the portal to search for available printers. Users should be able to locate the desired printer and click Install to begin the installation process.

If the desired printer is not available, file a ticket with the Helpdesk for further assistance.
