Understand CNU email spam filtering
Your CNU Connect e-mail uses Google’s built-in spam filtering. To mark a message as spam, check the box next to the message and click the “report spam” button:
You can click on the same button from within the message.
To check your spam filter, click “More” on the left side of your screen.
Then choose Spam.
If a message has been wrongly marked as spam, check the box next to the message and choose “Not Spam” to return it to the appropriate folder.
To empty your spam folder, choose “Delete all spam messages now”.
