Does CNU have any Guidelines for E-mail Retention?

Some e-mails sent and received by CNU faculty and staff are considered public records and must be retained in accordance with state guidelines. CNU’s e-mail retention policy can be found at https://sites.google.com/a/cnu.edu/connect-support/.  CNU’s e-mail retention policy is based on the Library of Virginia policy found at http://www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/electronic/email-management-guidelines.pdf.
