Speed Queen Laundry App Setup
(1) Install the Speed Queen app on your device. You can scan the QR codes below to quickly find the app.

(2) When you first open the app, tap on the "Sign Up" button and create an account.
Note: You must use your CNU email address when creating an account for the Speed Queen App.
(3) Login using your new account.
(4) Add a new location, using location PIN "CNU001".
(5) Select the “Christopher Newport University” location, then select your desired laundry room.
More laundry rooms are available by scrolling the list down!
(6) Tap on the "Details" button, next to your Laundry Balance, to link your Captains Card. Sign in using your CNU credentials, and once complete, you will see your usable balance appear! This balance reflects all available funds on your card that can be used for laundry. Other funds, such as Dining Dollars, will not be included in this amount.
You will need to link your Captains Card when you first select a laundry room, but this only needs to be done once!
(7) Select the desired washer or dryer and enable the toggle switch to use the balance from your Captains Card. Then, tap on the "Pay" button to confirm payment and start the washer/dryer cycle.
