Troubleshooting Steps
Verify you have successfully registered your device’s MAC Address via the registration page - Link.
Double-check your device's MAC address. Some devices use different MAC Addresses when connecting to WiFi networks, known as “randomized” MAC Addresses.
Also, check if you accidentally registered the MAC Address associated with the ethernet port on your device instead of the WiFi interface.
Please verify that you entered the correct pre-shared key when connecting to CNU-Aux. The pre-shared key was provided upon the successful registration of your device.
