Eduroam Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Occasionally, you may have problems connecting to the Eduroam wifi. In this case, forgetting and re-adding the Eduroam network will usually fix the issue.
Forgetting the Eduroam Network
Re-adding Eduroam
There are two ways to add the Eduroam network back to your device. Adding it directly is the fastest way, but you need to be on campus to do so. Using the SecureW2 client allows you to set up from anywhere with an internet connection, but you do have to be connected to a network to set it up.
Connecting Directly
Connect to the Eduroam network as you would any other WiFi network.
When prompted, enter your CNU e-mail address for the username and your CNU password for the password.
