Description



Video is an invaluable resource for the modern classroom environment. With its ability to demonstrate procedures, illustrate different concepts, and create a virtual communication space, Faculty are increasing their use of video in instruction and student engagement. Participants will also examine how Christopher Newport University's official video-conferencing tools, Blackboard Collaborate and Google Hangouts Meet can be used to make video calls and communicate with students and faculty alike from a distance. 

Assumptions

Before taking this module, participants should be able to:

  • Log into CNU Connect using their CNU credentials.
