Mitel client, either call (757)594-7079 or file a request in this system asking for the Mitel client (you must mention either Mitel or phone) to be installed on your machine. You will need to be present for the installation.

Clicking on a name will bring up a card with additional information. Click the green phone button to call them. Remember that the call will happen on your phone.

You can then find your favorites under People.

Click on the voicemail and you’ll bring up options.
You can play the voicemail on your phone (if you click the phone icon on the right) or your computer (by clicking on the speaker icon). You can also reply with a voicemail if the caller was on campus, forward the message to another number, or delete it. To directly call the person back you can click directly on the number.
You can check voicemails you’ve heard by clicking Recent, choosing Voicemails from the dropdown and clicking All at the top.
