In Scholar, students are only able to see courses which have been set to “available”. Courses are initially set to “unavailable” so that instructors can prepare course shells before releasing them, and to make it obvious to students which of their courses are not using any of the Blackboard functions. Courses List
The simplest way to make your course available or unavailable is to use the lock button at the top of your course home page.
If the lock is unlocked (), your course is available. If it’s locked () your course is unavailable. Simply click the lock to change your course’s availability statelocking option in your Courses list. Locked courses will have a lock icon on the front (shown below in both tile and list view). Select the three-dots icon (on the top right in tile view, in the far right in list view) and select "Open Course".

Using Qwickly
If you want to make multiple courses available at once, you can use Qwickly. It is located near the bottom of the new navigation menu, under Tools. Select Tools, then Qwickly Tools from the resulting options.
