As a Resource Provider, you may be required to use the Employee Resource System (ERS) to determine the number of employees that have been provisioned with a specific resource. To do so, you need to be in the Reports section of the ERS.
At this time, there is only one button in the Reports section: A large blue button labeled "Provider Report". Click the button to begin generating reports.
You are then provided with a mini-window with a dropdown that allows you to select a resource and generate a report of the employees it is currently provisioned to. From here, you have two options for viewing that report:
- Preview Report will generate that report within the mini-window you are currently viewing.
- Download Report will download the full report to your computer in the form of an Excel file.
