Removing faculty

Before removing faculty, confirm their record no longer exists in Watermark/Digital Measures.

• Locate the appropriate folder in people

  • Right-click and select Delete

  • Make sure the Unpublish Content box is checked and then select all the Destinations

  • Click Delete at the top right

• Locate and delete content block in people/_blocks

• Locate and delete image folder in _images/_people

  • Right click and check the image block for relationships to see if it is used in a news story. If this is the case, leave the block and add a note explaining why this is still in Cascade.

  • If no relationships exist, right-click and select Delete

  • Make sure the Unpublish Content box is checked and then select all the Destinations

  • Click Delete at the top right

Publish people/index in appropriate department site(s).
