Troubleshooting my device(s) connection to CNU-Res.

Following the four steps listed below can solve most issues you may experience while trying to connect your device to CNU-Res. Please read them carefully, and remember that you may have to reference the manual specific to your device to complete these steps.
Troubleshooting Steps
Verify you have successfully registered your device’s MAC Address via the registration page - Link.
Double-check your device's MAC address. Some devices use different MAC Addresses when connecting to WiFi networks, known as “randomized” MAC Addresses.
Also, check if you accidentally registered the MAC Address associated with the ethernet port on your device instead of the WiFi interface.
Please verify that you entered the correct pre-shared key when connecting to CNU-Res. The pre-shared key was provided upon the successful registration of your device.
Make sure you try to connect to CNU-Res while located in a residence hall. The CNU-Res WiFi is ONLY available in Residence Halls.
