Google Drive Basics

Description

Google Drive is a convenient and secure way to store, share and access your files.  As CNU is a G-Suite for Education customer, you have unlimited storage space on Google Drive.  This course provides all of the information that you’ll need to get started using Google Drive, including how to upload and access your files, how to organize your drive, and how to share folders and files with others. We will also be covering some updates made to Google Drive since 2020, including new sharing features available for Shared Drives. 

Assumptions

Before taking this module, participants should be able to log into their computer and access CNU Connect.

If practicing along with the session, participants should have several files that they don’t mind uploading and sharing with colleagues.
