Open Access for Google Meet

Open Access for Google Meet

A recent change to Google Meet introduced Open Access. As the meeting organizer, you can use the meeting access settings to decide if participants must ask to join the video meeting. If you turn Open access on or off in recurring meetings that re-use the same meeting code, the setting will be saved for future meetings.
