Get a Lectern AV Key
All lectern AV cabinets are kept locked. Training is required to receive a key for the AV equipment in the lecterns. To request training or a replacement key, submit an IT ticket. The training is expected to take about fifteen minutes to complete.
Access to the AV cabinet is only needed if you need to have access to the lectern’s Blu-Ray player. Basic computer operations, as well as use of the document camera or webcam, do not require a lectern key.
