Register clickers in Scholar

First, go into the Scholar shell of the course that requires clickers.  Once there, you should see a link called something like “Register your Clicker”.  Your instructor sets the title for that link, so it may vary. If you do not see this link, contact your professor.

You’ll be taken to a screen that will be pre-filled with your e-mail address.  If it doesn’t pre-fill, use your CNU e-mail address. Any other e-mail address may make it difficult for you to get support if something goes wrong.


If you’ve created a Turning Account in the past, click “Sign In” and enter the password you created.

Otherwise, you’ll need to create a Turning Account by clicking Create.

You’ll get a verification e-mail sent to your CNU e-mail from account@turningtechnologies.com.    Click the link in the e-mail.

Next, you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your name and create a password.  The name should be pre-filled. Create a password, check the box accepting the license agreement, and click “Finish”.

Click Finish, and it will begin walking you through creating your account.  Click “Get Started”.
